Every love story is beautiful in its own way. However with help from some great minds cum globe masters of human history, an MBA love story is bound to be different and sometimes funny.

IIM Lucknow - IPMX11 presents to you a small skit depicting a love story (obviously hypothetical!!) if it were to occur (by some god's miracle) at a B-school.

Digital Marketing - The MBA way!

Our childhoods have been bombarded with Ad Jingles that were the Norm back in the 90s. Singing, recording and posting those jingles now would certainly make both people and Brands Nostalgic! (Remixing Jingles, and NOT Item songs (the present Hindi Movie Norm).

So this is what happened when students of IIM Lucknow IPMX tried the same....(for best results - wear Headphones)...

The "BIG" Data - An Analytics Biopic (True Story!)

1) We all hear about Big Data all the time, everything from AI, ML, DL, LR ........ BSP, BJP..etc (just saying!)....

2) So much so, that people have migrated from "Here for Hook-ups" to "Here for Machine Learning" as status on their Tinder Accounts.

 3) While almost everyone has heard of it, most people claim that they'v got the hang of it...

4) Most MBA students get smitten by the idea of Big Data & Analytics while they are in college...

5) However, most of these students forget the very basics...(& remember the basics only at the start of the Campus Placement process)

The Exam Season

1. Many a time in exams you might find people writing for whole 3 hours and you have no clue what is going on. Suddenly, you see people taking extra sheets and you are still not able to fill the 50% of the copy.

2. Everyone cant be god at everything certain subjects will be interesting and certain may not be that interesting. So, you might end up with good grades in some and not so good grades in other subjects.

3. You might feel going blank just before you enter the exam hall and realize the whole night's effort has just backfired.

4. Never ever ask for open books exam, you will not be the one who will have the last laugh.

5. You will come across many in the class who are more interested in other's marks more than their own, But in the end it wont matter much.

Just MBA Stuff

1. The MBA is all about classes and evaluation of your work through-out the terms. Few criterion might be new for many to get.

2. You work hard and party hard too, but sometimes get carried away just to notice the term has not yet ended and you have a pile of submissions left in many courses.

3. The evaluation can be on anything, even on surprise quizzes where you might not be ready for it. Its good to keep up with the classwork.

 4. Winter is coming, so is the End Terms.

5. A lot many loves to compare their marks with all others and are hyper competitive by nature. Just to remind them that college is just a phase and once you are out the college the marks wont matter in the real world. So learn but enjoy too.

B-School Class: Few Typical Traits

The B-school classes are very diverse and you'll meet a variety of people in class. We have tried to summaries few of the traits of the cohort.

1. The ones who joined the program with little knowledge about the course or due to pressure from family. It becomes a challenge for them to cope with the rigorous work.

2. The good diplomats, no matter how much they disagree with the class, they will always maintain good relations with all.

3. The guys who are hyper active during lectures and feels the world will come to an end if they don't learn everything taught by professors.

4. The Richie Rich guys, who are here for fun.

5. The most important people who are responsible for all the events, activities and clubs in the college. The happiest lot.....

MBA Profs and Class

1. The pre-reads even before you join the program, just to let you know what you are getting into.

2. The confidence won't take you places here, just make sure you have content with your confidence.

3. Some profs don't want you to fail but some students just make sure the prof struggles in this too.

4. The course coordinator who always comes as a savior for the class.

5. For some people you might wonder: How Much is Too Much.

MBA Group Projects

1.  Group projects are an integral part of any MBA program, but you will face many groups in which you will have these guys. 

2. Sometimes the free rider guy adds extra ordinary value to the project and you might feel like the Dwarf king of Hobbit series.

3. Any help is welcome when you don't wanna fail in this term. Your pet is all the team you got.

4. The group meeting for the first time to know what to do  and when to do, Nothing actually materialists in the end

5. Word of caution : If you are joining MBA.

MBA Memes

1. Something you will understand once you join a B-School

2. Some classes can seem like in another language altogether in the beginning of the course, but by the end you might start making sense out of it.

3. The case presentations can be a surprise event in class, but some people are really good at speaking, especially when they have no idea of what they are talking about. 

 4.  One subject in the beginning of the Term everybody hated equally and probably flunked in CTs

5. Everything that cant be logically proved to be the right decision eventually end up being a Strategic One.
